The „Deadlines and Rates" form an integral part of the Exhibitor Contract

for the 2000 Swiss Toy Fair.

Swiss Toy Fair Management is informing you that private publishers such as (Construct Data Verlag GmbH, A-Vösendorf) shall try to publish catalogues/specifications at high costs. The management remains aloof of such activities in any case. All necessary information will sufficiently be covered by own catalogues - there is no need of supplementary material.

The following rates do not include additional costs for installation within the stand.

6.1 Electricity (including electricity consumption)

The Gifas supply must not be manipulated in any way. The exhibitor is responsible for electro stand installations form the Gifas connections. The following  rates do not include additional costs for installation within the stand.

Every exhibitor entering into a contract with the fair managament shall be held responsible for any harm or damage caused by him and/or his co-exhibitor(s).

Every exhibitor is therefore required to be in possession of insurance coverage (minimum CHF 5 million) against the possibility of such harm or damage in connection with his fair activities. Such an insurance agreement must be concluded with a company operating in Switzerland, and the exhibitor shall be required to provide evidence of insurance coverage to the Fair managament. In the event of an exhibitor not providing proof of insurance coverage when submitting his Fair application form, the fair management shall automatically arrange for such coverage and invoice the exhibitor accordingly for an all-inclusive liability premium of CHF 20.00 (liability causing damage of CHF 100.- property).

Exhibitors are recommended to arrange for the insurance of stand material and exhibits during the fair and during transport to and from the fair. An appropriate form will be mailed to each exhibitor along with the stand allocation. Such insurance coverage is not provided by the fair management.
